Brian has helped transform the firm into a digital-first company serving clients nationwide. With over a decade of experience in Supply Chain Management, Revenue Management, and Accounting, Brian brings a strategic mindset to helping clients succeed. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Finance, an MBA from Kennesaw State University, and is completing a second Bachelor's in Accounting with plans to pursue his CPA license.Brian is passionate about helping clients adopt new technologies, organize their books, and grow their wealth by reducing taxes and investing in appreciating assets.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Neftaly, and their son, Enzo, as well as playing and watching soccer and traveling.

Cesar brings over seven years of experience in customer service and accounting to his role at NL Preparation Services. Starting as a receptionist in 2021, he quickly advanced to a staff accountant in January 2022 and has since become a Senior Staff Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Information Systems from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).Cesar specializes in tax preparation, financial processes, and software proficiency with tools like Drake Tax and Xero. He works closely with small businesses, families, and individuals, delivering tailored financial solutions to meet their unique needs.

Outside of work, Cesar enjoys exploring trails on ATVs and camping, combining his love for adventure and the outdoors.

Enny has been a vital member of NL Preparation Services since 2009, with a brief hiatus in 2011 before returning in December of that year. Prior to joining NLPS, Enny gained valuable experience working at H&R Block from 2004 to 2006. Over the years, she has built a reputation for tackling complex client cases, often referred by others for her expertise in resolving prior-year issues and navigating challenging tax scenarios.Her dedication to providing tailored solutions for clients has made her an indispensable part of the team.

Outside of work, Enny values her family and enjoys spending her free time creating meaningful moments with them.

Liz has been a key part of NL Preparation Services since 2010, starting as a part-time receptionist. In 2014, she transitioned to a full-time role as a tax preparer, gradually earning her title as Senior Tax Specialist. Over the years, Liz has gained extensive experience handling even the most complex and challenging client cases with professionalism and expertise.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places through travel.

Alexis joined NL Preparation Services in 2023 as an accounting associate. She holds an associate degree in Business and is currently working toward completing her bachelor’s degree. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and ability to complete assignments efficiently, Alexis ensures that each phase of the accounting process runs smoothly for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time at home with her two cats and expressing her creativity through art.

With a focus on excellence, Silvia strives to ensure every client has a positive experience with NL Preparation Services. Her dedication to quality service leaves a lasting impression on clients and colleagues alike.She manages emails, assists the accounting team with scheduling appointments, and collects client information to streamline workflows for her colleagues.

Outside of work, Silvia enjoys baking, cooking, and keeping her home clean and organized, finding joy in creating a warm and welcoming environment for her family.

Maria has been a dedicated member of the NL Preparation Services team for eight years. As an admin, she takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every client feels valued.

Outside of work, Maria cherishes spending time with her family. She enjoys the outdoors and finds relaxation and focus in the sport of deer hunting.

Zaira has a knack for numbers and loves helping people make sense of their finances. Whether it’s handling taxes, sorting out bookkeeping, or dealing with the IRS, she makes sure her clients stay on top of their financial game with clear and practical guidance.
